Spring Forest is an over 55 adult sub division of 126 traditional cedar-sided homes in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, most of them on lagoons which wind through the private community. The Grand Opening was held on Sunday, March 31, 1985. The primary builders were Coker Builders and the architectural designer was Tom Pegram.

The 5,000 square foot clubhouse is the gathering place for activities, special dinners, and volunteer committee meetings. The 70′ pool is open for owners and guests during warm weather months.

Spring Forest is an active community with joggers, dog walkers and bicyclists so please observe the 20 mile an hour speed limit. Slow down and enjoy the beauty of the neighborhood.

A new roof and painting in 2022 on the club house, gate house and other out buildings reinvigorated the inviting look of Spring Forest.
